Cody and I prayed that God would bless us with a child. We tried for about a year before it was the right time.
Although I just KNEW I was going to have a girl, God chose to give us a boy. And this little fella has stolen my heart completely!
He has taught me a kind of love I never knew I could feel. My heart just melts every time he smiles or laughs at me or wraps his little hand around mine. I'm thankful that God made me Griffin's mommy. I'm thankful for every moment I get to spend with him-even if that means it's at 3am.
Little does Griffin know, but God has used him to teach me lessons- in patience, gentleness, joy, selflessness (to name a few). I'm thankful for these past 7 months that I've spent with Griffin. It's been the craziest, most wonderful adventure, and I'm looking forward to continuing on our journey together in the years to come. I love you, Griff!
